Pet Policy
We welcome your feline family member(s) in your apartment home. There is a two-cat maximum per home. We require a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350, for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per authorized pet. A pet screening profile with PetScreening is required for each animal.Our cat family members cannot roam in hallways or common areas.
